BLACK TRITONUS

The "Tritonus" is known as the "diabolus in musica" or simply the "devil's interval". It is commonly used in music such as metal and rock. We however, wanted to make it darker. 

 

It all started in the Danish city "Odense", as a metal-cover band, but later the band would go for new directions, and try to produce its own music.

The band truly started to take form, when the former lead guitarist and drummer left the band, it was at this point, they started to take off in actually making their own music. A whole new line-up was made, consisting of only 2 original members of the band: Anton Wulff Jensen (Vocals) and Valdemar Grabovetski (Bass). 3 new members were added to the band: Dennis Kruse Strømberg (Lead Guitar), Christoffer Leth (Percussion) and Jeppe Cristiansen (Lead Guitar).

With the new line-up, a new style was also approached. With the inspiration from several genres of extreme metal, the band rooted into the death-metal genre, with an inspiration from many other styles, such as grindcore, groove metal and progressive metal.

The band has just released their first (demo) EP "Consumed By Fear" 23. November 2017
